  • The minimum order is $30, with a flat rate delivery fee of $8 island-wide.
  • Delivery charge is $8 for all orders less than $60
  • No delivery charge for orders $60 and above
  • The minimum order for free delivery is $60
  • Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Sunday (excluding Monday), with timeslot as follows:
    • 12pm – 6pm
  • The above timing might fluctuate during peak periods, such as on Public Holidays and also depends on our delivery loads from time to time.
  • Due to island-wide deliveries, we are unable to provide a specific time-slot but we will do our best to deliver your order within the shortest time possible!
  • Cut off time for (paid) orders placed before 2:00PM will be eligible for delivery the next working day. (subjected to available delivery slots).
  • Any orders placed after 2:00PM will be delivered the next available working day.
  • Available time slots for delivery will be shown during the checkout page.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice in the email that you’ve registered with.

ORDER PAYMENT

  • You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For added convenience, we accept PayNow as well!
  • We currently do not accept cash or cheque payment.

DELIVERY

  • All daily fresh groceries are prepared and handled on the same morning of the delivery to ensure optimal freshness
  • They will then be vacuum packed and sealed in insulated packaging filled with ice packs before delivery.
  • For food hygiene purposes, no deliveries shall be left outside of the recipient’s unit unless we have received explicit acknowledgement from the customer. However, it is still not advisable due to the perishable nature of the products.
  • Cases of missed delivery will result in a re-delivery fee of $8 and The Local Market will not be responsible for any deterioration in the quality and freshness of the products in such cases.
  • Any other personal arrangements (e.g. leaving the package with residence’s security guard or concierge) will not be allowed.
  • Please ensure that you or someone from your household will be available at your selected time slot to collect your products.
  • During the event that we do not receive any response upon delivery, we will leave you a notification of delivery and contact you as soon as we can to reschedule another delivery time and date. Do note that a redelivery fee of $8 applies when your order is re-delivered to you. TheLocalMarket will also not be responsible for any deterioration in the quality and freshness of the products in such cases.
  • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer real-time tracking of delivery. However, you can rest assured that your products will be delivered to you at your allocated delivery time slot. For any enquiries on your delivery status or if you have not received your purchases at your selected time slot, you can WhatsApp us at 96714130.
  • Unfortunately, every delivery is specific to that order only, multiple locations is not possible for one order.
  • We currently only provide delivery services and not self-collect service.
  • We strongly recommend to keep it refrigerated upon receiving your items to maintain its freshness.
  • All products listed are subjected to availability at the Wet Market on the day of delivery.
  • As all fresh produce are subjected to several factors such as market availability and seasonality, we strive to inform you beforehand if an item you have ordered becomes unavailable before we deliver your order to you.
  • Substitute product will also be recommended and the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation and shall be recorded on the final bill presented to you upon delivery
  • If there is no prior consent from you for a substitution, no substitution shall be made and the item(s) that you did not receive will then be refunded to you immediately upon confirmation.

  • The origin of all products can be found on each individual product’s page.
  • As The Local Market sells pork, we are not halal certified.
  • For fresh Poultry and Pork, you may keep them chilled (4oC) for up to 2 days and frozen (-18oC) up to a month.
  • For fresh Seafood products, you may keep them chilled (4oC) for up to 1 day and frozen (-18oC) up to a month.
