Dear customers, here are some pointers to look out for the upcoming CNY delivery.

[Changes to Next-Day Delivery]
From now till 8th Feb 2024, the current Next-Day Delivery for order placed before 2PM will be changed to the following:

  • Cut off time for (paid) orders placed before 1159PM will be delivered 3 days after.
    Example: The earliest delivery slot for an order placed on 3rd Feb 11PM is 6th Feb.

This also means that final CNY orders have to be placed by 5th Feb 2024 11:59PM for them to be delivered on 8th Feb (Last available delivery date before CNY). Any orders placed between 6th Feb to 16th Feb 01:59PM can only be delivered from 17th Feb onwards. Next-day delivery will resume on 16th Feb.

Delivery Break
We will be on a break from 9th Feb to 16th Feb 2024. Delivery will resume on 17th Feb 2024. Do make sure to stock up enough groceries between this period!
CNY Price Surge

There will be a price surge for fresh seafood that are traditionally high in demand during every CNY season. These items include Chinese Pomfret, Red Grouper, Red-Legged Prawns and Batang. However, this list is not exhaustive and really depends on the yearly market rates as we approach CNY.
